1. Agreement of Terms
By navigating this website, utilizing our online appointment bookings, or registering as a patient at SHRI RAM Hospital, you explicitly consent to abide by these institutional Terms & Conditions. These terms formulate a legal agreement between you and the hospital administration.
2. Appointment Booking Policy
Online bookings submitted via the web dashboard act as request slots and are only finalized once validated via our representative front desk calling or sending SMS confirmation. Walk-in queues are managed in real-time, and active critical trauma or medical emergencies always receive priority over pre-booked consultation hours.
3. IPD Admission Guidelines
During formal inpatient (IPD) admissions, patients must produce a verified government identity card (e.g. Aadhaar Card). Every admitted patient must assign a responsible local relative or guardian to sign the clinical consent documents and handle immediate care discussions.
4. Billing & Payments
Consultations, diagnostic tests, surgery fees, and ward allocations are charged in accordance with the hospital's active price list. Inpatients must clear outstanding balances or interim billing reports before the final discharge summary is issued. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and major digital UPI systems.
5. Cashless & Insurance Claims
Cashless insurance claims must be initiated within 24 hours of emergency admission or pre-planned surgeries. While our TPA desk guides you through approvals, any disallowed items, excess co-pays, or unapproved hospital days are strictly payable by the patient.
6. Patient & Visitor Code of Conduct
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against any physical aggression, verbal threat, or harassing behavior directed toward our doctors, nursing staff, or other patients. Visiting hours must be strictly respected, and only one companion is permitted in inpatient wards during non-visiting hours.
7. Medical Consent & Risks
Medical treatments, anesthesia applications, and surgical procedures carry natural clinical risks. The patient and their assigned guardian accept that healthcare diagnostics and surgeries are customized per case, and positive outcomes cannot be legally guaranteed.
8. Personal Belongings
Patients are strongly advised not to keep high-value gold jewelry, large cash amounts, or high-end electronics inside their rooms or ICU wards. SHRI RAM Hospital holds no liability for the theft or loss of personal items inside the hospital.
9. Discharge & Transfers
Discharges are initiated strictly under clinical recommendation from the chief attending doctor. In critical trauma scenarios requiring machinery or procedures unavailable in Ambikapur, our specialists reserve the right to recommend transfer to an advanced multi-specialty trauma unit.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms, hospital procedures, and billing queries are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute or administrative claim relating to SHRI RAM Hospital is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh.
